My bid includes: - user registration/login -users having a basic profile with their videos listed -users being able to upload videos -video page with map (user sets location on map when uploading the video) -comments on videos with reply -admin panel with user management and basic settings/dashboard I would provide a basic design using Bootstrap, but it will look nice and be responsive.
