This is a project that consists of a socio-educational website. The website will be either built from scratch or based on a popular CMS platform like Joomla, Wordpress. It will require a front-end, admin area and also will allow users to create accounts within the website and create/publish material. Much like the CMS structure we will need different levels of access like guest, user, publisher, admin (as an example) The most important aspect is that the website is user focused, as the users will create 99% of the content which appears on this website while the admin role is to oversea and approve/cancel content if the case. So the main job will be to create this environment that helps the users publish their material on the site. This implies that you must have strong knowledge of common languages like HTML, Java, PHP, CSS, SQL. Ideally you would be a company or a team with experience and a rich portfolio, additionally fluency in English language is required in order to have a smooth communication process.
