Build a Website

Hi, I need a classifieds website built in wordpress which pretty much like a clone of an existing site “[login to view URL]” with the exception the site only can offer stuffs for FREE (gumtree allows to put the price) and we need a pointing system. This website is encouraging the sharing of used/unwanted goods and services within the local community. And pointing system is used for discouraging of greedy people trying to take everything.  So basically I need an exact site with the following additional features. Here are some features I need in point form: • Login and Signup o Signup will be same as gumtree, first name, last name, email and password o Login with email and requires captcha • Location o When post an ad, it requires to put the location of the goods located, this needs to be autocomplete when the user enter the postcode or suburb o The site will be only targeting in Australia, i.e. all geographic locations details are needed within Australia. o Also need a mechanism to calculate the radius of the location. For example, when user search for a good within 5KM of location XXX, somehow the system eithers need the data or maybe calling 3rd party API (such as googleapi, not sure if it has this feature) to get the details. Please refer to [login to view URL] for what I mean here • Ads Management o Classified – I think this is the right wordpress plugin to use for the need. I’ve been trying it out and it works quite well. o When user login, it should only allow to manage their ads but nothing else o Registered users can post as many ads as they want. o Need some custom theme for ads posting/viewing etc o User can send message to each other via the system. o For a ads browser, all ads should have a button “I want it”, the ads poster will get a message of any users requesting for the good, then the poster can click to accept this request or refuse it. o On the poster acceptance, a point should be transfer from requester to poster. (please refer to the below for Point Management section) o If not enough point, then can’t send request. • User Management o Send inbox message o Update Personal Contact Details • Points Management o myCRED – I think this is the right wordpress plugin to use for the need. o Registered user get x point on registry o User can buy more points via paypal payment gateway? • Search o Allow to search on goods and services within x KM of location o Allow to search on category/sub category o Allow to save to user search o Allow to add the ads to favourite/watchlist • Theme o A nice custom theme, something simple, responsive, similar to [login to view URL] will do
