Dear Sir, I have read your project description & understood everything you explained about the website. I also understand that you need a responsive website, which would be mobile friendly. About the communication, please don't worry, as I will assign you a dedicated team lead, who's responsibility would be to remain in contact with you throughout the development phase thru' Skype/Emails etc. & keep showing you progress from our demo server time to time. You mentioned in the document "I will provide the right candidate with a more detailed brief.", so may I ask what kind of more detailed brief you have, as you have already explained about the each page? Also, do you want to use Paypal, Credit Card or both payment gateway? How about layout/design, do you want to select some theme or if you want, I can instruct my Designer team to present few mock-up design options of the Home Page for you to see and get your feedback, once you see the mock-up design options, you can then provide us detailed feedback/changes/comments, so our Designers can revise the selected mock-up. Hello, I read through the document file you attached and truthfully, it can already pass as a "very detailed brief" The pages, and the functionality of each, have all been well-described and I can already vision the output you want achieved. Category - options to add links, files and be featured will be created FAQs - a filter option and ability to add categories will be created Gallery - design the layout similar to the referenced site, category filter, share option, photo ordering, hover text, image as advertisement will all be created Directory - add categories, alphabetical listing, featured service, rank order all will be created Contact page - will add it as described as well as the option where you can add new categories. The site will have an admin area so you can add, edit and use it easily. The CMS will be easy to learn and I can tell you you can easily get the hang of it.
