Build a Website

Need a professional to design and code a fully functioning review website complete with an admin interface that allows for the easy update of editor review, scoring, rank, etc. Using an existing template is perfectly acceptable, a WP template is even preferred if you can make it work. Must be compliant with [login to view URL] guidelines. Will provide FTP access to GoDaddy account so you can load and set up to be pushed live. Will be used to review services in different cities so must be easily scalable and able to add reviews of attractions is distinct cities. Each city will be structured as a separate directory. Looking for very basic functionality. Don’t need all the latest and greatest, but I am looking for something that looks clean, operates reliably, and is very simple for me to host, maintain, and use as the editor with limited technical skills. I’ll provide wire frame drawings of design concept and existing live sites similar to what I’m seeking. Open to your creative ideas for improvement but feel comfortable with the basic functionality I’m starting with. No content work needed. Must be able to work with someone who isn't a technical expert.
