Build a CMS website and a CRM

Hello Freelancers, I am in need of a website which has the following features: 1. Must be on CMS - Open Source or Custom (easy to use for non-tech person) 2. This website will be about comparing Life, Health, Travel insurance 3. We would need to make it easy to add/edit/remove insurance plans in different categories as mentioned above 4. There has to be a Search Engine on site which will allow users to search for their preferred plans after providing us with their info (filters) 5. Once if the user want more info on an insurance policy - they can request information from us by clicking "More Info" where they will be asked to input all the required info we require. 6. Once they submit the above info, The system should automatically send them an email with our custom reply and should attach PDF's or Docs with it. (We should have the option to upload these files when we are adding in the Insurance plans from #2 point above) 7. All the info we collect from the users from step #5 - The information should be added to the CRM. 8. We are looking for a simple and minimalistic yet professional look. 9. Each of the insurance section will have their own sub-landing pages 10. CRM should be easy to use and should allow us to download custom reports. Then 25% milestone will be released at 80% work done and the last 25% of milestones will be released once you finish the project.
