Bill Reminder ([login to view URL]) is as what the name / domain name suggests. I'm looking to build a site that will manage bills for home users around Australia.

Brief Outline:
The user can register for an account from the website which will tell the user about what we do etc.
Once their email is verified the user can log in and view their dashboard
The dashboard will display bills that are overdue or are due this month, and It will show them total bills paid last month and total bills due this month. More statistics may show on this page if the users choose. Marking bills as paid should be available from the dashboard.
Users can record reference numbers when they mark the bill as paid and payment date. Users can also pay the bill over several payments with a reference number for each part payment.
A user can add and categories any bill, for example, water, electricity, credit card, mortgage, council rates, land tax, internet bill etc etc
A bill like council rates is paid over four payments so users should be able to enter a bill, upload PDF and enter multiple payment dates if required.
Users can show all bills for each category or by a company. A company database will have contact details so that a user can quickly get in touch with their supplier.
Bills can be entered to be recurring every month.
Users can attach PDF records of their bill. These attachments will be stored on Amazon S3 storage.
When a user is looking at a bill, the page should show last month's bill amount and if it has been paid and date paid.
The user can set email alerts to be sent for bills that are due within x days.
A User can run reports such as summary of bills for financial user etc
The dashboard should be "beautiful", clean and use modern technology. The platform should be able to be built on for future features etc. A mobile app will accompany the site at a later stage and needs to be considered in the build.
There will be multiple account types:
Free: Up to x bills a month (for example a user an only have 10 bills per month)
OnTop: Unlimited bills per month. which will be a small subscription fee.
The user login site should also accommodate advertising, for example if an electricity company wanted advertise on the electricity category, their adds will show when a user looks at their electricity bill.
