Brochure international recruiting company

We are an international recruiting agency specialized in IT. We are looking for a graphic designer to create the first version of our corporate brochure. The person will have to be creative and able to give us some ideas, to be inspired and take initiatives. We want to keep the brochure simple as it is our first one, and we will update it later on. We want to use it in two ways: - We need to be able to send it to our clients via e-mails, so a PDF format would be appropriated. - We also need to be able to print it. Therefore excellent quality would be required. The brochure will have the following content: - The first page/cover: Logo, photo, company’s name - The second and third one: texts, photos - The fourth page: address, contact details. You can find attached all the information needed to create the brochure. We are looking for someone who can send us a mocked-up sample to see if it matches our requirements. Our budget is 30$. The expected delivery date is mid-September.
