I am producing a sales brochure that will contain information about my home neighborhood. It is intended to help prospective buyers of homes in my neighborhood to learn about the benefits of living here. I need help turning my draft (attached) into a professional three page brochure using the layout, pictures and data provided. Strongly prefer that work be done in Microsoft Publisher - I can email current draft Publisher file. WILL ONLY CONSIDER BIDS from service providers that submit samples of brochures they have done.
