Bottle Shrink Sleeve Design (Label)

We are looking to get 12 Shrink Sleeves designed for PET Bottles. We like designs as seen in [url removed, login to view] Thus, we would like something in similar style. You would have to design the complete sleeve including the logo for our company.
Also, you would have to show the label on the bottle in 3d so that we can decide if they look good. The 3D basic file will be provided by us.
