Bizness apps - Mobile app Developer

I am in the process of becoming a Bizness Apps reseller and looking to build a relationship with someone reliable to regularly hire to build/design my apps. To include the possibility of using imaging software such as Photoshop/gimp to develop graphics. I am looking to hire on a set price per project, as most projects are very similar and easy for one who is familiar with the platform. Interested in real professional designs, such as custom buttons, so the customer gets a real feel of a bespoke app. Also, there must be a 2 day turn around time on each app.
