AssassinCon, a micro-cardgame

I am currently designing a small scale card game for an upcoming competition, and need artwork done for 11 poker-sized cards. The game is called AssassinCon and is a cartoonish game about a convention for assassins. The artwork should be whimsical/cartoonish in nature (google some "Where's Waldo" images for an idea of the graphical quality and tone I am looking for, although obviously I am looking for much smaller scale images). The 11 cards will depict 11 areas from around a convention hall that I will describe to you in more detail (i.e. the entry hall, the poison vendor booth, the security office, etc.) The artwork should be delivered as 825x1125 pixel digital images (which will be printed at 300 dpi), with the center 450x750 being capable of graphically conveying the scene. The art needs to extend out to the full image size, but I need to be able to overlay symbols, borders, and text for the game outside of the center without making the scene unrecognizable. I do not currently have an idea for what the card backs and box should look like, but if you do, then we can discuss additional work for those items as well. This is something of a rush project, as I need it done by the end of October, please take this into account before making a bid. Going into next year, I will be designing board games on a larger scale and with higher quality artwork demands and a larger budget, so if this project goes well, I will likely have future work for you.
