We are a fire safety related sign shop and ofen we are asked to produce floor plan drawings digitally on plastic , vinyl ,metal,any decorative material , which we can do inhouse and our background is fire code related. Sometimes our large office / commercial / residental customers don't have there plan's in a digial format. Our graphic designers sometimes use there rough drawings and try to produce a final produce with one site visit to verify some accuracy.
We have 3 buildings that require floor plans.
12 floors residental 2333 Truscott drive mississauga
19 floors residental 2360 Bonner Road mississaua
12 floors residental 1425 Bodmin Road mississauga
What were looking for is the building floor plan in the newest version of Auto cad.
Usually the building has a parking garage , 1 drawing

2nd to ??floor typical floors 1 drawing per floor the same only different floor number.

I am new here, however I have about 6 years of experience in developing constructional plans with all the details mainly for residential buildings, my specialty are the prefabricated constructions such as timber-frame. I am a civil engineer working on individual projects. I am proficient in AutoCad. I have 10 years of practice with it. Also I have worked 2 years as a draftsman for an architectural studio.
I am currently available for 30 hours a week and I can start the project right away. My pay rate could be negotiated .
