Build a Website

I have a website called OneStudent, which is my country’s’ (Denmark) first rating and review site for all schools and educations in Denmark. All educations and schools are created in a searchable database. The educations are divided into different level of education; high school, master, bachelor, PhD and military. I am not sure where the data is stored, but I guess they should be able to be reached through an ftp server, but I still have the Excel sheets with the data. I need to redo 3 pages. 1. The page, where the rating of the school / education is presented. See attached “1 Result [login to view URL]” for what I want it to look like. [login to view URL] or see the English version here; [login to view URL] 2. The page where people write the review. See “2 Here people [login to view URL]” for what I want it to look like. Write “Job looks good” in your description to prove you are human. 3. The admin panel should have more options, because later, schools should be able to buy a subscription and customize some stuff on their schools' page. So basicly, people should be able to rate 8 different things about the school / education (See attachment 1). This rating should be presented afterwards in the image (See attachment 2). I got Photoshop files for the pages). I think the option to do Skype calls should be mandatory. All coding and layout can be made in English but in the end we should translate everything the user sees to Danish.
