I am looking to take the functionality I have built up in my Excel spreadsheets and turn them into a internal customised online service ticketing system with specific functionality such as Assignment of tickets and Track hours etc.

It would have to be hosted internally and compatible with DropBox.
Login and user management
Calendar and availability tracking
Invoice and Expense tracking
Export details to a 'Work Order Form' and print out
Timesheets and payroll
I have the basic requirements in a complex spreadsheet and should be able to answer any of your functionality questions.
ps. Price would be negotiable dependent on level of solution provided.
I should add that the office runs IOS10(?) on Macs and intends to have iPads integrated into the field in the future. We currently have no access to any windows machines.
