animated flash site

Hello, I am looking for someone to build a flash website for me that I can then edit as I need to going forward. I would like the intro page to be an animated version of my logo with some animated quotes slowing appearing and disappearing around the image. You would click "enter" on this page and enter into the rest of website. The other parts of the website would just be an "about me" section and a "blog" and a "selected publications" tab and a "mates" page which I could just use to supply links to other people. I have a simpler logo to use throughout the rest of the website. The most complicated portion of the site is going to be the animated flash graphic on the front page. I would like to be able to edit the webpage myself going forward (I can use Flash, but I won't be able to make the animated intro myself). Cheers, Russell P.S. I have included the image of my logo that I would like to be animated. I would like the image to start only with the "V" vine and then the roots grow into the bottle and the shoots emerge. While that is happening, I would like the rest of the words to fade in. I would also like a few recommendation quotes to slowly appear and disappear around the logo.
