Design needed for website and mobile apps

We are building a website that will be used on a pc/tablet/phone browser. We are also developing Android and iOS apps for the same. This project is for creating designs in Photoshop for the website AND designs for the Android and iOS apps. For the website, we will need a design for the Home page, Contact Us page, About Us page, Profile page, Game page and jquery pop-ups. Some of these will be repetitive and we may ask for a couple of more pages to be designed using the same base design. For the game page, we will need some game graphics too. Without giving too much information, I can tell you that it will be similar to pool-table games but with a twist. So if you have prior experience with similar designs, that'll be a plus. The website designs will be done first and once approved, the app designs for Android and iOS will follow. Please make sure that the Photoshop designs are such that it is easy for a someone to take it and easily create the HTML/CSS. Conversion to HTML/CSS is not within the scope of this project. Once we select a freelancer, we will as an NDA to be signed before giving more details. Lastly, we are looking for a person, not a company with 50 employees.
