This is a two phase project.
Phase 1: I have a ten page website which is made out in JPG, what you have to do is alter the images here and there and make improvements out of it.
Phase 2: You need to implement those pages in PSD layered properly. I have examples of properly sliced PSD files.
I will give 100 USD in total for this. Milestone will be created when I can see 'convenient' changes.
