Design a Website Mockup

I would like to create a web site design mockup for a HR company. I will be providing a logo and the details of services provided by company. Designer should develop the mockup with a nice design that is matching with the logo. A sample website I like is www.skype.com. The services will also be show cased in the home page just like in www.skype.com. Further, designer should be developing art pieces for the images/icons in the mockup, which will be later used in the web development phase. Two mockups are required; one for desktop and one for mobile. Please bid only if you've prior experience. My selection of bidder will be based on 50% price, 40% on past work & 10$ on duration. Do include past work related information/links/photos. From the bidders, i will be sharing the logos and other details for the short listed ones based on above criteria. Designer should be flexible in making changes during project period. Desinger should be highly responsive, clear and easy going in communications.
