Design a Website Mockup

We need a skilled designer and programmer to help us extend our business and create a standard in designing First of all we need a website , probably best in joomla or other CMS. Since its an extension of our services the work cannot be watermarked or shown as reference on your website. We always show 3 mock-ups first to our client, than he will pick. Designs must be translated into Dutch by me, so All text must be layered. This is just the beginning, so we really need a creative person, who knows Web standards and Usability and perfect CSS , specially use of sprites etc. I will be hiring per website, and can assure you got plenty of work when you are affordable and communicative. Ignoring my budget will mean you not want weekly work but fast money, bid according to this please, and respect me, and thus my budget, you will not regret it. This bid is for websites selling services and lead conversation is per phone, will give details in pm. 50 % in escrow, 50 % on delivery.
