Create a wordpress theme

Will be happy to extend time to finish product - Looking someone to build a website theme that can be transferred straight into Wordpress - Need to have a login for users - Each User has there own profile where they can upload information and material or embed videos/pictures - Have a rating section option for pictures/videos etc - Search facility to search for particular types of users/videos - Group Users into different categories - users can leave comments - user to user messaging system - responsive site size - for different pcs/tablets/phones - anti-spam features + ongoing additions to the theme - for future work Full payment will be made once you have uploaded the theme for you and have given me the files For someone that has created and designed websites before this shouldnt be too difficult where you can use previous themes and plugins. I will provide storyboard once I start interview process
