Create a mockup and HTML/CSS for meals on wheals website

Hey guys, I am looking for someone to create a nice high-res mock-up and after that the actual HTML and CSS of a webpage that is basically a copy of [login to view URL] but will be used on a different website: [login to view URL] Kookzorg is a new service for elderly people to receive a meal for maximum 3 times a week. Only people in a certain postal code area can be served. It's a service for the Netherlands only. The quest is the following: 1. Please visit [login to view URL] and check how they have build this first [login to view URL] page. The webpage for this task should have similar look and feel. 2. Please visit [login to view URL], look at the logo at the left, and create a more fresh logo for Kookzorg. However, do use the same concept as the current logo. 3. Please create the mockup of the new index page for Kookzorg. For that I have enclosed the '[login to view URL]' and pdf file that outlines the text, images and buttons for this page. Please use the two Shutterstock images. The colour of Kookzorg? I am thinking blue, dark-blue or something around that. Nice and fresh website. Please use a flat design as designs of [login to view URL] or www.klm.nl. These designs are great: so no gradients please! Use circles with Icons. A quick translation for you non-Dutch speaking people for these four circles with icons: Altijd lekker, altijd vers = Always great, always fresh Aan de deur betalen = Pay at the door Flexibel abonnement = Flexible subscription Gourmet of Culinair = Gourmet or Culinair (normal or super food) Looking forward to your bids!
