Create Optimize Press page from a template

I need someone with design and dev skills to take a sales page in MS word and turn it into an OptimizePress sales page. You will receive a MS word document with the content and an OptimizePress template.
There will be one call to action but 2 or 3 buttons that will launch a modal window where the user will register for a free trial of a product. This currently exists and you will be merging that functionality into the new OptimizePress page.
It's a pretty strait forward project. The majority involves taking the text working that into the sales page template and adding some graphics to make it appealing.
