Corporate logo and new website

Living Well Together, Inc is a brand new company which needs a logo, identity and website. The company is still being defined, but an early draft of the corporation vision is "We envision a sustainable future in which most tangible things are recycled and upcycled. We support the formation of local learning communities who acquire and deliver gently used stuff to benefit the local community. In this way, we help more people to live well together." In July, the company acquired New Beginnings Thrift Store in Arlington, WA - a small town about 50 miles north of Seattle. This well-established store has served downtown Arlington for 25 years. The store does not have a website, but does have a facebook page created by the previous owners. We've not done much on that page, as we are focusing on the physical store itself - which needs a LOT of work. We will be creating a store website, but won't be doing this until more planning has been accomplished. What we will be doing is to create new businesses which relate to recycling and upcycling clothing, household goods, and other items acquired by the store. We anticipate selling these new businesses to other parties in the coming years. In the coming years, each of these businesses will need its own identity and website. At this point, the website should be fairly simple. I've thought about building it myself using Weebly, a tool I've used to build multiple websites, including some for hire. However, what I'd like to do is identify an experienced vendor that I can work with for the next few years on a variety of projects. This will involve the definition and creation of business identities, logos, and other websites. Our new corporate website should be high concept, communicating the vision and providing corporate context for the thrift store. I envision a site that is photo-heavy, primarily using stock photography. It needs to be a fairly basic site - with a limited amount of text, which I'll provide. My site needs to be built using the Weebly system, so that I can easily edit the site. I've used Weebly to create other sites, including a personal site at [login to view URL] - which exemplifies some of my capabilities.
