Mission: 1. To build and promote a legal online Sports Book/Game website that uses advertising revenue as the monetary payout a. Legal because no money is at risk for the consumer 2. To create a social betting environment where people can engage with other users regarding sports lines, handicapping and the sports contest themselves Overview: • Users pick 5 sports related things to bet on daily • Depending on how they do amongst their peers they may win a monetary prize • Competition runs weekly Game: 1. Thursday-Wednesday a. Users compete against the entire user population b. Points accumulate, do not reset daily c. The top 100 users with the most points at the end of Wednesday win a monetary prize Features: 1. Standings Page a. Users can see where they rank among the other competitors or what percentile they are in 2. Users pick teams to win similarly to how someone would with an online bookie 3. “Picking” options will be determined by the administrator daily 4. Odds will be manually entered to win points 5. Users may change their selections as many times as they want a. Must watch another ad though b. Must be changed before the specific game starts 6. Games must delete themselves at specific time 7. Examples of things users will be able select: a. Money Line b. Point spreads i. Whole game ii. Half iii. Quarter c. Total points scored i. Both teams ii. Individual teams d. Player Props e.
