Hi, I am looking for a right candidate who can work for me on Ruby on Rails project. I need a person who should co-ordinate till the end of this project. If done properly, will be awarded with few more projects. I wish to hire an individual and have to sign a NDA document. This is considerably big project, so need only serious and dedicated developers. If anything, goes inappropriate will be reported to Freelancer. Thanks.
