Build a Coupon

I want a coupon to be designed as used in this link under Featured Products : [login to view URL] I want to use this coupon in my site, so it should be developed in a way that i can customise it in my way. Only difference I want is to replace buttons shown at bottom when we place mouse cursor on it with Facebook , twitter sharing and like button. Height of coupon should not be changed if description is too long. When description is too long it font size should start getting smaller so that it will fit in same space. Also, details of each coupon will be picked from database , so only one coupon is required to be configures rest all will be developed automatically.
