I have a similar project done in mac for an university and unfortunately it is under nda, but we can find a way to develop your project. Just have a look on XOJO and if you like the platform and you need for a desktop application, the framework can compile for mac, windows, linux, with some modifications for web app and recently IOS , so just let me know what you think and if the framework it is suitable for you, you can use sql, mysql and so on. Please specify also the OS for what you want the app developed. Thanks. Aurelian
