Design sketchup 3D photorealistic model - apartment interior

I am renovating an apartment which will be available for rent. I have all measurements and a preliminary sketchup file. I need a 3D photorealistic model to share with prospective tenants since they cannot tour the apartment while it is being renovated. I would also like to be able to visualize several design options etc.
The deliverable will be a sketchup file and a video capture of a "walk through." I can provide pictures of a similar apartment although some of the fixtures, finishes and kitchen cabinets will be different.
Measurements of windows, doors, fixtures, cabinets etc. are missing from the attached image and these will be provided.
I will probably have to communicate some additional information by phone (skype) or email. Please provide the hourly rate for future changes and a link to your portfolio of work.
