Building Facade Design

I am doing major renovations / expansion to a small, existing hotel in Belize, (as you can see from the attached photo, it's SUPER ugly now) I need someone to design a new facade/exterior for the hotel so it will look grand and upscale. What i need: exterior design for a 4 storey hotel (ground floor + 3 floors, the top floor hasn't being built yet) and realistic looking rendering of the design from ground level, building detail dimensions and color must be specified. Design Requirements, Preferences & Descriptions 1. General description: Hotel is situated at a street corner, the main entrance of the hotel faces west, and there is a minor street on the south side, There is a two storey building on the north side, So only the top two floor on the north side will require design. The east side of the hotel is essentially out of view, and requires no attention. all customers will approach from either north and south, good first impression from those two directions are very important. Internally the hotel is divided into 9 each 16 feet x 16 feet bays supported by 16 columns each 12 inch x 12 inch, each floor except the ground floor has 6 rooms (see attached sketch up diagram) sketch up diagram is drawn to scale 2. Requirement: on the front (west) side ground floor, design elements cannot protrude from current wall more than 1 feet 3. Requirement: the ground floor south west corner of the hotel cannot be fully walled, the law requires there be a bit of opening so vehicles coming from the east can see incoming traffic. the law is not very strictly enforced so as long as there are some kind of opening it's ok. 4. Requirement: there is a high voltage power line about 32-33 feet off the ground must take that into consideration. 5. Requirement: there is a 1 ft ledge on the west side, thieves are known to use it to climb around, i want that ledge reduced to no more than 2 inches or otherwise designed to be impossible to climb 6. Design Preference: I would like the design to be asymmetrical, I've looked at thousands of hotel pictures, many of them look perfectly symmetrical and are quite boring looking, I want to avoid that. Stylistically i would like to (as much as possible) replicate Boutique Hotel Riviera on Podol, on a smaller scale ([login to view URL]) things i like about the Rivera hotel and would like the designer to replicate (if possible): A) the dark ground floor columns look massive and are very secure looking. B) lots of asymmetrical design features every floor is a bit different C) lots of nice architectural details & trims D) design seem to work well with highly reflective windows 8. preference: due to maintenance issues I want to use window style air conditioners over split ones. leave opening for them, preferably about 3-4 feet off the ground. if there is some way of tastefully minimizing the air conditioner's profile, that would be great. 9. preference: windows can be big if design calls for it but preferably not TOO big, also remember hotel guests often fall to their death because they weigh 200kg and think it's a good idea to lean on windows... 10. preference: leave a space for a north/south facing sign that says hotel. 11. preference: I would like to move the main entrance back (eastward) about 6-7 feet. 12. preference: where possible light colors, especially pure white are preferred but not required 13. note: there is currently a door on the north west corner, that door will be sealed.
