Design a T-Shirt

I am looking for someone with unique skills who is aware of the current teenage market. I am looking for a tshirt design of a palm tree smoking a joint. I previously had work done that was too abstract and really doesn't play into the party image I am going for.

I am looking for a legit palm tree, with just blood shot eyes and a joint hanging from his mouth . (on the bark not in the leaves b/c it needs to resemble a palm tree) No hands, no limbs. Simply, A legit palm tree, smoking a joint with bloodshot eyes.
