Design a Banner

I am looking for someone with creative skills in Photoshop. I need to have multiple designs created for use in a web slider and these will need to be fully layered designs. You must be able to show your previous design work. You must be able to get on this immediately. I am looking for professional class workers that will get work done, not someone that sits on the project and does not. Must be able to use Skype on this project. Must speak English Show your previous work so we can see your talents. Would prefer to use someone that can work through the weekend. Please PM your price for doing banners PER EACH. I can pay by hour but will only do so for providers that actually get work done. If it takes you 3 hours to create a simple title on a banner, or mask out an image, that will not be accepted. These are full size slider banners so they will be approximately 1920x768 and will need to be fully layered. Please keep in mind when bidding that just because I have a minimum budget of $10 and a maximum of $600 does not mean you will be only be paid $10 per banner or that you should bid $600 per banner. Bid what your cost is to do the work per banner as I instructed above. Those budgets could reflect a per banner price or a per job price.
