Create/copy vector jersey design from pictures

I need an exceptional freelancer to copy/recreate the jersey from JPG pictures in attachment into the .PDF template also attached. The final format of the project must be .AI (Adobe Illustrator) and .PDF. Everything on the jersey must be vectorized. I need a professional graphic designer with plenty of experience able to identify every single detail on the jersey and recreate into vector format, as much accurate as possible. Freelancer must be professional, very good designer, able to work by himself/herself and able to identify the task and persuade perfection.
