Create Evacuation Maps for Apartment Building - Graphics Editing

I need to create about 15 evacuation maps, all of the same floor in an apartment building. I will provide blueprint and another graphic of how I want ours to look like. You will have to CREATE IN ILLUSTRATOR a diagram to reflect that of the SAMPLE graphic. You may make it wider since the building is wider than SAMPLE building. I would like to see your Adobe Illustrator works before accepting bid. I attached my .PSD of how approximately I want it to look, its only for reference, -- you have to make it look beautiful in Illustrator. I want each apartment to have it's own map (so depending on unit, has different Green Arrows). We have total of 13 apartment units (01, 02, 03 = labeled in .PSD). I also want one from the Lobby/Corridor.
