Convert 2 Photoshop PSD Designs into AI Illustrator Files

I have 2 large layered Photoshop files that need to be converted into AI Illustrator format. I will also provide the 2 AI template files that they need to go into. Those AI files have a packaging outline in them that my PSD design needs to fit into. My Photoshop files have been designed exactly to the specifications of the packaging outline so it should be very simple, I just have no experience with AI. The resulting AI files need to remain hi-resolution, 300dpi, CMYK color, and preserve the colors and design of the PSD as much as absolutely possible.
