Brochure design

We have a brochure design project. Our company is active in dentistry and computer (interactive dental models) so we need to include both subjects in the design. We will provide the designer with logo, images and text of the brochure. The target audience of the brochure are university teachers, students and other companies. The brochure should have 2 A4 pages corresponding to 4 sides (or 1 folded A3). Please suggest your design, illustration, template, format, ... Please also send your work samples so we can evaluate and check which of them would suit us the best. Please also offer your best price for the whole project. Our company is located in Sweden and we need the brochures before the next twenty days. Please suggest your best printing option, so we can have a good quality brochure on time.
