I need a book cover for submission to Amazon CreateSpace. I alreaady have the complete front cover, and the photos and coopy necessary. All I need is for someone who knows Photoshop to assemble them into a single pdf, meeting the CreateSpace criteria. Must be at least 300 dpi.

The rest of the book has already been submitted and approved and is already available on Kindle. So I am looking for bids and immediate work right now, A copy of the cover is attached. More than happy to give credit for your work (Name & contact info) in my book.
The book is targeted specifically at the politically conservative part of America. Understandably, some of you might not like that and so feel free to not respond.
If you are skilled in Photoshop this is a very quick task.
Please reply with the total amount you will charge for this project. Happy to pay a reasonable price, but i need the work done NOW.
