Hi. I would like to create a website which is entirely based on a trade show.... As an example, you can take: [login to view URL] Some of the features and characteristics needed are: - nice 3D graphics to create a real looking environment and attractive stands - ability for both exhibitors and attendees to sign up - ability for exhibitors to rent a stand per day/week/month/year and select between different types of stands (basic, medium, full) - ability for exhibitors to upload videos, links, downloadables, promos, etc. - ability for attendees to interact via online chat (written and voice) with other attendees and exhibitors - ability for exhibitors to create an event - unlimited capacity to add stands...if one "hall" is filled, then the exhibitor could chose a stand in another hall and attendees could move between halls. - attendees should be able to visit stands and interact with exhibitor - there should be a hall information center - there should be a global chat for the entire hall to communicate important events - there should be a spam detector for chats - reporting tools: general reporting tools to see how many attendees there were in total for the trade fair and also for each stand, also, exhibitors should be able to see how many people visited their stand - exhibitors should be able to manage their own stand: add media, logos, etc, update their info, announce events... - there should be an event agenda - exhibitors should be able to choose different stand styles and upload custom stand - admin should be able to control exhibitors and attendees accounts, uploads, and stands..and also change the look (color, etc.) of the main hall - integrated paypal - integrated newsletter tool - exhibitors should have the ability to upload coupons, sweepstakes, etc - integration to social networks - a conference room or auditorium, or big screen to show a particular event - it's an ongoing trade show, permanent - A central repository of all trade show content including; webcasts, product demos, documentation and presentations with search and bookmark tools. - Communications Center: The Communications Center offers professional networking features including scheduled discussions, message boards, forums, message center to send/receive messages and group chat. These tools help attendees to build their profiles and find others to add to their network. - Auditorium: Attendees can visit the virtual Auditorium to attend live and on demand webcast presentations and keynotes. Attendees can add reminders to their Outlook® Calendars, save presentations in their Briefcase and participate in live Q&A. Tools are also available to search and bookmark content. - Exhibitors choose from predesigned booth templates, add their company logos, and upload promotional materials, such as brochures, white papers, demos, surveys, giveaways and videos. Exhibitors man the booth from their computers, often while doing other work. When a visitor clicks on a company's booth, employees receive an alert. They can talk to the visitor through a chat window or, if both parties have Web cameras, by video. If no one is available to speak, a visitor can leave a message. [login to view URL] - Registered attendees are tracked as they attend webinars and visit tradeshow booths and the app center. We’ll deliver rich marketing data such as who came to your booth, their contact information, what content they viewed and for how long. This allows you to analyze and further qualify your leads.
