Create a parallax site in 5 paired sections to tell a story

We will send the final script to the winning bidder, but one of the sections might be the following:
One half of the screen marked "Traditional Solutions" would have one cartoon while the other half marked "BeyondCore" would have a different one
The Traditional one may show a tired person trying to ask lots of questions using a keyboard (?s popping up all over the place) while on the BeyondCore side a fresh young woman says "analyze customer by revenue" in a speech bubble and BeyondCore gives the key answers
There would be 5 such paired cartoons.

Questions regarding deliverables:
1. The deliverable is an actual website in HTML/JS/jQuery (no flash) that is responsive and works on most modern browsers as well as iPhone/iPad and android devices
2. The bid price should include the price of any artwork or images that you will use on the site
3. We need exclusive copyright/license to the site itself and license to any images used
4. You will need to update the site with the content provided by us
Questions regarding process:
1. We need to quickly ensure that you have the skills needed to deliver on this site. As such, the first deadline would be in 3-7 days (you specify what you can do) and the deliverable will be 1-3 draft design prototypes
2. Once we sign off on the design, we would expect you to complete the full website including our content
3. We would then show this to people for feedback and there will be a final 1-2 rounds of updates based on specific feedback
4. Payment will be made upon successful completion of the complete website in a timely manner
5. We will select the bidder tomorrow (Tuesday morning PST)
Bid recommendations:
1. Please provide up to 3 examples of Parallax sites build by you. If you just provide a long generic list of sites, we wont consider your bid
2. Please don't give us examples of sites not built by you
