Convert 3 PSD files to CSS and HTML site

I have three pages that I need coded using only HTML, CSS, as few images as possible and it has to be responsive. I have the three pages in a PSD format. These are the directions for the pages: [login to view URL] { When the screen gets small enough for a mobile device, the black square has to go below the white square and the G moves to the bottom center of the white square, and the "R" moves to the top center on the black square. UNTIL it reaches the mobile screensize, it has to slowly shrink } [login to view URL] { As the screen increases in size the photo gets wider. As it gets smaller the photo decreases the width. When it reaches a mobile size, the photo moves to the bottom and the left side of the screen (the text and small avatar move to the top). When it reaches a mobile size, the photo moves to the bottom and the right side of the screen (the text and small avatar move to the top).
