Build a movie rating and recommendation website in PHP

I am a developer with experience in OOL and web development platforms. For this type of project I would recommend use of HTML and PHP, AJAX for use of retrieving data where server client communication is necessary however PHP can be implemented to do this aswell but maybe not as efficiently as JAVA would. The backend will be all SQL database with queries in sql aswell. If you wish to finance the licenses we can use Oracle and if not MYSQL can be used, all database design and normalization should and will be planned by myself prior to creation and implementation then the next stage is testing the database for masking and redundancy issues if the data set gets very large this testing can assist when debugging later. The front end will be as you require with UX as you wish it to look to your users all graphics can be designed with templates you like or designed from step 1. There should be an administration module which will enable you or an administrator of your choice to manage the running of the site on a day to day basis and query any customer/ user issues that have been logged. You mention you need complete source code within 10 hours, why is this ? Do you intend to purchase the code from me ?
