To Develop an office cloud HR and document management system for SMEs. The system is a cloud based portal for managing employee HR matters such as holidays, sick leaves, records, employment documents, renewals, payroll as per the attached brief. Website should be tested and have adaptive design to automatically resize and run on Computer Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Mobile and Tablet IOS + Android + Blackberry Devices Website should have https and SSL security implemented Need to setup two mirror servers that host the website incase of any downtime and avoid data loss No Flash to be used at all Developer will agree not to share our idea, resell, or use it to show to other clients as a demo 6 Months after development free support should be given after the completion of project Programmers need to do the full design of logo, identity, apps, colour, fonts, website design and programming Weekly progress Skype calls
