Build a Website

I purchased a theme license for a site theme I really like the look of. It is in Bootstrap / dreamweaver. I only have limited knowledge of using Dreamweaver for updating content. So when I realized this site is a 1 page site where you scroll all the way down I was a little jaded and realize I need some help. I would like to change some of the sections to suit our business better and think perhaps this could be easier to break this template up into individual pages or have it created from scratch but looking very similar. Site would be required to have 5 pages: home page, Company, 2 product line pages (with scalability to add more in the product line) and contact. Also would require a buy now check out where they can make 1 time purchase or monthly subscription of product. I would provide content and sample images for each of the pages.
