Build a Website!

We are looking for someone who can build a simple website for a t-shirt/art company. We have about 10-12 designs right now, but we are adding more designs all the time. We are looking for either a way to order and process payments (And we would work with a local t-shirt company to get the items made and shipped out) or if you know of a way to connect with a print-on-demand t-shirt company that doesn't require customers going to a third-party website where we have no artistic control and looks incredibly tacky. Our shirts and clothing are top of the designs, and there is a very specific visual style and impression we want our customers to see, not something like CafePress or Zazzle. We are currently broke guys with a vision and some not-insignificant artistic talents. As such, we can't pay a lot, although if you are willing to waive an upfront fee we can work out a deal based on sales, basically a small royalty for your services. If that doesn't interest you, we are limited to around $100. I have several buyers already lined up, and once the website is operational I am going to be doing a bit of advertising and marketing.
