as this is related a government site it must contain a section of register/login it should contain a scheme section menu bar : home - that will contain all the details + upcoming details or news + their linked page like fb page, their twitter page , etc + must contain an inquiry or query section so that people can ask or report about any thing. scheme - what r the scheme , or what ever they will do in future must be mentioned photo gallery - this must contains the photos of the related work and it should be attractive to look . contact us - must contain the query section , email address , optional address, mob. no . etc admin will have the responsibility of handling adding , updating, deleting information on the website should have the authority to block any person to access that website every thing must be simple and clean to look . thank you hope so my idea would help u in your project
