Build a Website

I would like a website where taxi companies can input their postcode & search for nearest tenders... We currently look after all the taxi free phones for a large supermarket chain in Yorkshire & North east (UK).. 100 stores+... And what we do is send out a tender document to all the taxi companies in the area asking them to bid for the store.. They send back the forms and we choose the best taxi company who is most suitable for the job So, I was looking at a concept of allowing taxi companies to type in their postcode... It would then show all the Aldi stores (nearest first) .. I would also have the tender documents attached to each store with the tender info so that they could download direct from the site allowing them to print off and send back to me.. Either by uploading scans on the website or posting back to me... I have found a plugin for wordpress which I think would work well for locating the stores - [login to view URL] This is a small website - I will input all the store info into the plugin....
