Build a Website

Hello designers. I need a minimalist looking website design/coding job which will be a replica of url covered in the attached file. I need this site to be in Joomla 3+, but alternatives like php, html5 or other CMS is welcome. Although you must explain why its needed. The reason I prefer this to be in Joomla is, as we are familiar with Joomla system. With other alternatives, we should be able to place to post all content & our own portpolio mockups ourselves, therefore we will need admin panel to insert the data. Please examine the site carefully, especially the Portfolio tab.. The section titles appear on the right side of the portfolio tab. When the project is viewed, this section evolves to Previous / Next navigation. All the effects and the layout of the tabs and the portfolio system will be exactly the same as reference. Only one addition will be, we should be able to show videos here as well. Please embark on this job only if you are a professional designer.
