I am building a small news site and i need your help you skillful bunch. I am currently going to use the website as a conduit for my passion to writing and my revenue stream is going to be from advertisements. i dont have a big budget, having said that this is a small project and I am not looking for someone with extensive experience, since i have a limited budget I am also willing to have the designer's name on the website to mention that it was designed by them, so your good job will help you gain a lot of exposure as this is going to be accessed by hundreds of people.
