I wont work very fast as a slow approach may increase time but gives very better results. I will also structure your site in a way that you dont have to do any SEO (Search Engine Optimization) as I will structure your site properly so that Google can scrape it easily and can display your Website as a very big company. Hi, I would propose PHP/MySQL for doing the project because this combination is powerful and yet resource lightweight. I don't use any ready platform - prefer to code things myself. I have my own CMS system which could be adapted for the project. Think that 4 weeks are reasonable time frame but in fact it depends on the detailed specification that you will provide. One question - is there ready graphic design for the project or the web graphic design and Photoshop to HTML conversion is part of the job?
