I would like you to create an freelance odesk or elance website.
All services, functions similar to those sites, but i have 3 major focus; to show projects by location (ip), the project form has specialised fields and one other thing.
You may use a clo:ne script but it needs to be legal and proper with no bugs.
You must keep to timeline as in the bidding, and keep to the fees as in the bidding.
You would need to sign a confidentiality agreement before i can tell you more.
I can award you the project here, but because i've been cheated a few times on this website before - i will not give a milestone until i see work done. Even then, milestone would be 10% max, and only i decide if i'm ready.
I know you understand; this website doesn't even refund any money when a freelancer runs away and i don't want to go through that again..
